RETURNS
You have the possibility to return the items and cancel your purchase within 14 days after you have received your parcel. Send us an email with your order number if you have any products you wish to return. You have 14 days from the day you noticed us about the return, to ship back your order. Gift wrap is not refundable.

The minimum return cost in Denmark is 55 DKK pr parcel.

Christmas gifts purchased in November, can be exchanged to a gift card until January 8th 2024.
Christmas gifts purchased in December, can be exchanged to a gift card or refunded until January 8th 2024.
The return costs are not refunded or paid by af Jord - you will arrange the return shipping yourself. Please note returns have to be shipped directly to our address below. Orders/parcels returned too late and without notifying us by email will be rejected.
af Jord can not be held responsible for typos in address/house number, email, phone numbers or other personal informations regarding shipping. If your order has been returned due to typos in personal information, we can re-ship (new shipping costs will be added) or cancel your order upon arrival at our studio. If parcels are rejected by the costumer, all shipping costs are paid by the costumer and will not be refunded by af Jord.
af Jord cannot be held responsible for packages left behind at the post office. The customer will be charged for the costs of the return shipping and administrative costs.
Products have to be returned in the same condition as when they where purchased. Any used, broken product packaging, damaged goods or products that show signs of wear and use will not be accepted or refunded. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure the goods are in the same condition as when purchased.
If your order is damaged upon delivery, please contact us at kontakt@afjord.dk as soon as noticed (within 24 hours) and attach a photo of the damaged item inside the original box (important).
